The custom website development process can last 30-60 days. We aim to complete this project in 30 days, however we know your schedule may not allow for the 3, 20 minute meetings required to gain approvals. It's also possible that delays occur because your current domain registrar doesn't release the domain for transfer and launch as expected.
Below, we have outlined the project phases and benchmarks for your reference.
Phase 1: Creative Approval (Week 1 - after Questionnaire is received)
Our team will provide you design mock ups, content, menu items layout, domain strategy and hosting account set up instructions. Upon your approval of these documents, our team will move on to phase 2.
Phase 2: Coding (Week 2-3)
Our Developer takes the graphic mock ups, the content, images, domain strategy and builds the site on a temporary host. Once complete, the site goes through a rigorous quality control process. We make it simple for you, but there are well over 100 steps for our team to complete each custom project.
Phase 3: Finalization (Week 4)
In this stage, our team tests web forms, resizing, and shows you the bells and whistles. Each site is built with a "wow" factor. This may be a 3D effect, creative hover effects, or perhaps we have your cooperation in integrating amazing photography and videography. (Ask about our on-site Photo / Video Shoots!)
Phase 4: Launch, Domains, Emails (Week 4-6)
In this phase, we push the site live, test the forms and functionality, and you're up and running.
