We understand that you may have trusted, long-term relationships, such as the one with your IT company. It's a good sign that they're protective of your domain, as we've seen marketing agencies casually steal these, and hold them for ransom. We completely understand the desire to keep these assets in your ownership, and we encourage this.
In order to launch, we will need temporary access to domains and hosting accounts, or the ability to provide necessary assets to your IT company, allowing them to launch when the time comes.
We will work with what we have, and hold your hand through the process, while collaborating with your trusted IT support team. When the time comes to launch, we will reach out to them directly for support as needed. Please provide us with their contact information.
If you'd prefer we help you set up your own domain and hosting accounts and transfer your assets there, we can assist with that as well. This is our typical process, but it is is flexible to suit your individual needs.
Please note: we cannot be held liable for a down or problematic site if we do not have access to the domain and hosting accounts.
