How do I make edits to my Facebook page that you set up?
How do I access it?
Firstly, make sure you are logged in to your personal Facebook page. All business pages are managed by personal pages. Facebook does this to ensure business assets have an owner tied to them.
It’s a common misconception that your Facebook, Instagram or several other types of accounts are set up with their own logins. This hasn’t been the case for about 10 or more years.
Once logged in to the personal account that is the designated owner / manager, you may access the business page by doing a search for the title of that business page. Once you’ve arrived on that page, you should see the ability to post and edit, as well as other admin functionalities right from the page.
Gaining Access
If you need help gaining access, please send your strategist the email address and name on the personal account that you’d like to become the admin and ensure you’ve already liked that business page. This will allow our team (IF AND ONLY IF WE HAVE ACCESS) to assign you ownership of the page.
