If your appeal to unsuspend a Google listing is denied - don't panic. You will need to re-claim the listing. This is Google's way of verifying the address and/or phone number for your business.
To reclaim your business, first sign into your Gmail account. If you don't have one - you can create a free account. Whichever account you use will be the new owner of your Google Business Listing.
Once you are signed in, Google the name of your business. You should see your business pop up on the right-hand side. Then, click "Own this business?" For example:
Then, click "Manage Now:"
Google will then guide you through a verification process. They may ask you to send a postcard to the address or have an automated call sent to the office phone line.
Once you have claimed your business - the suspension will be lifted. You will then want to add us admins on the listing again.
