Good afternoon Dr. __________,

Thank you for your email and I hope all is well.

When hiring us for a redevelopment for SEO purposes, it does not include editing, content revisions, image changes or design changes. We simply have our developers recode the site to what it was removing any code that obstructs SEO results.

Many of your requested changes however do fall within the scope of website management, which you have hired us for. Please create a list of any requested revisions and email them with clear instructions to webchanges@identitydental.com. Our team will do our best to complete them promptly. The turnaround time will be dependent on the number and complexity of requests. Any request outside of a clear content or image change may be beyond scope, but if that’s the case, we will always get your permission before doing anything that will incur additional costs.

Some of the change requests such as “preventive” instead of “preventative” are personal preferences. Both are technically correct, and we have clients that request one and clients that request the other. Please be sure to give clear guidance to our developers (webchanges@identitydental.com) so that they can expedite these changes for you.

Additionally, if you’d like for our team to go through and edit the content to our liking and for proper capitalization and punctuation, we can do that. For a site this size, it’s typically $500 and takes 2 weeks, however I spoke to Grace and she waived the fee for you. If you’d like us to do that, please accept the attached proposal. We would be reviewing for obvious mistakes, and would not be able to be held responsible for knowing your personal preferences, but are happy to do this if you see fit. If you’re particular about these changes, we recommend skipping this and sending clear instructions through webchanges@identitydental.com

I hope this information is helpful and look forward to our next call (DATE AND TIME) to review your campaign statistics.
