If you're enrolled in website management and maintenance with Identity Dental Marketing, we're proactively updating your site's plugins and database several times per week to keep it secure.  You can also send us revision requests by emailing webchanges@identitydental.com. Most of these requests are included at no additional fee. 

Please include your website, your name and position with the business, the change and where you'd like the change made on the site. 

If you're sending biographies or headshots, please name your files with the name of the person in the photo. This allows us to quickly see whose photo we're updating. 

If you're changing hours on the site, please include all places you'd like the hours featured or updated. 

If you're requesting a change that requires custom graphics or custom coded, our team will kindly send you a quote and expected turnaround time for this project. After your approval, we'll start on a graphic mockup for your approval before implementing the changes to the website's code. 

We aim to make website changes as quickly as possible. During holidays and our busiest seasons (December, January, March and every time dentists take work off), we may need a few extra days to complete requested changes. 

Your request will be ticketed and we will resolve these requests in the order they come in. If you email us after business hours on a Friday, your request will not even be received until Monday morning. If you have an urgent request, you must call us.
