There are well over 100 steps to properly developing a custom designer Wordpress website, built for SEO. We've broken this process into 4 simple stages.

Stage 1: Onboarding (To start the clock)
Once you've accepted your digital agreement, you'll receive a payment authorization form and then your intake questionnaire(s). This allows you to provide your desired payment method, choose your first month of monthly services, and (when monthly fees will start), and provide vital information, such as your list of your service offerings. Our project time starts the business day after your payment and questionnaire are received.

Stage 2: Creative Approval (Day 5-10)
After you've submitted payment and filled out your questionnaire, our team can get to work. During this stage, you'll review the homepage mockup, and inside page mockup and a few pages of content. You'll also approve the menu items and their order. You'll have one week to review this material and request any changes.

Stage 3: Coding & Quality Control (Day 10-20)
At this time, our developers will take the following items (logo, photography, website layouts, website written copy, etc) and will code your site to match the design file which you approved. Once completed, our team will cross check the site on multiple browsers and devices ensuring functionality. It's not as simple as it may seem. This is when we're creating and working out the bugs. Sometimes during the year, we're busier than normal. Our website development team can go through period of being in high demand. This stage can take up to 30 days depending on our current workload. It can also be done in as little as 2 weeks.

Stage 4: Finalization & Launch
Now we're ready to launch and test the site. We may need your assistance setting up your hosting account, purchasing a keyword heavy domain, or getting access to a past or current domain. We may also need you to contact your IT support team to ensure your MX records are set up properly to ensure you do not lose email functionality post launch.
